    The hotel had spacious rooms and friendly staff at the reception. the location was too far away from the main attractions and old buildings in the city. One could easily access transportation, however, it was out of the central location.

    The service at the hotel was lacking and the staff was uninterested in providing good customer service.

    Nicely appointed rooms, excellent food quality, friendly and helpful staff, great front of house staff, Cris/Chris from concierge was very nice and helpful.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.

    I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The room was nicely appointed and spacious enough. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. the food quality from room service was excellent.
